Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in pediatric speech-language services by supporting students communication development in a dynamic school environment near Lake Worth, FL. This contract position offers exciting opportunities for experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows, including part-time roles and maternity leave coverage. Your expertise working with children will be highly valued, and a preference is given to professionals able to work on site, with hybrid roles possible for both local and travel candidates. Remote/VOCO assignments may be considered only as a last option, ensuring students receive the most comprehensive support. Are you an SLP who enjoys mentorship? For those willing to provide up to 2 hours of supervision per week, youll have the chance to help launch a Clinical Fellows career while expanding your own professional experience.
Qualifications:
State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience in pediatric settings, preferably within schools Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills Ability to provide SLP supervision (for supervising roles) Flexibility to work on site; hybrid options available for qualified candidates
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs for students with speech-language needs Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each child Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams If applicable, provide mentorship and supervision to CFY candidates
