Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, with eligibility to provide services in the area ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience working with school-age children is highly desirable Proficiency in delivering teletherapy and comfort with technology for remote instruction Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively and compassionately

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams and families Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions remotely, using a variety of online tools and resources Monitor, record, and report student progress toward IEP goals and other educational benchmarks Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and provide consultative services as needed Communicate proactively with students, families, and school staff to optimize therapy outcomes Maintain compliance with all documentation and confidentiality guidelines This role offers the freedom and flexibility of a 1099 contract position, allowing you to tailor your workday around your life.
