Remote Speech Language Pathologist in MA VocoVision - 4.0 Quincy, MA Job Details Contract $40 - $65 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within a school setting located in Quincy, MA. This role focuses on delivering remote speech therapy sessions to students, supporting their communication development through virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessment, evaluation, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders via telepractice. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each student. Provide direct speech therapy sessions remotely using approved telecommunication technology. Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school policies and relevant regulations. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student development. Monitor and adjust therapy strategies based on student response and progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience in delivering speech therapy through telehealth platforms. Familiarity with pediatric speech and language disorders within educational settings. Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with children and families virtually. Knowledge of applicable privacy standards and telepractice best practices.
