Qualifications and Experience:
Current Speech-Language Pathology license (Virginia state or eligible for licensure) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Comfortable with technology, online tools, and virtual assessments Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple caseloads and prioritize tasks independently
Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to K-12 students Collaborate with school staff, parents, and caregivers to support student progress Maintain accurate, timely records and prepare documentation in line with school and state requirements Provide engaging, outcomes-based therapy adapted to a virtual setting Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and school support teams as needed
