A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) -
Virginia Schools Location :
Fully Remote VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services to K-12 students throughout Virginia. This fully remote opportunity offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.
Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual speech-language assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs. Collaborate with families, teachers, and IEP teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state requirements. Utilize teletherapy technology to deliver engaging, effective virtual services.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
ASHA CCC-SLP
