This full-time contract opportunity serves K-12 learners, fostering language and speech growth in an educational setting. Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Hold (or eligible for) Indiana SLP licensure for school settings Experience in school environments and with K-12 populations is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences Ability to adapt therapy strategies to individual student goals and IEPs Comfortable with technology and interest in participating in a hybrid work model as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in alignment with educational goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress Document therapy sessions, maintain records, and communicate progress with stakeholders Offer resources and education to caregivers and staff as it relates to speech and language development May support students both onsite and virtually, depending on program offerings
