Job Description

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting childrens speech and language development in a daycare center environment. This onsite role calls for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to work with a manageable group of 36-40 students, fostering communication skills that will help shape their future in a nurturing school setting.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
Active license in Speech-Language Pathology; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply SLP-CCC credential strongly preferred, though recent graduates are considered Previous experience in school settings and with young children is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills, able to collaborate with educational staff and families Enthusiasm for early intervention and personalized therapy strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged children within a daycare center Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports aligned with school and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as appropriate Adapt therapy techniques to a variety of learning and developmental styles
