What We're Looking For:
Active state license for Speech-Language Pathology Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Experience or enthusiasm for working with school-aged children Proficiency with assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP development Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in remote settings, if desired
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students Develop and execute evidence-based therapy plans aligned with individual goals Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress Participate in meetings to develop and review IEPs Maintain accurate records of services, evaluations, and outcomes Provide consultation and resources to teachers and staff as needed
