Required Skills & Qualifications:

Active Maryland SLP License SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students on your caseload Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and maintain progress records Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach Utilize hybrid work methods to maximize student access to services
