Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid and current SLP license for Arizona (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable, but new graduates are welcome Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Adaptability to different modes of service delivery (on-site, virtual, or hybrid)
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Write and maintain accurate therapy plans and progress notes in alignment with district requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Adjust therapeutic interventions based on student progress and needs Deliver services in accordance with school policies and state/federal regulations
