POSITION SUMMARY
Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injuries Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care Provide home health and/or outpatient services as needed, including supervisory visits, to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications:
A degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program A Florida state SLP license and current CPR/AED certification One-year experience in an outpatient setting preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Possess solid problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills Ability to work with a diverse patient population Thank you, Derrick Green National Staffing Director The JAG Group 404-405-6465
