• Previous experience in marine maintenance or boat painting
• Familiarity with surface preparation tools, pressure washers, and painting equipment

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Ability to work comfortably in a physically demanding, hot environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability for a long-term role
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
