Qualifications & Skills:

Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) Experience working in educational settings or with school-aged children Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy (virtual) modalities Strong skills in IEP preparation, goal setting, and progress documentation Ability to connect with students, educators, and families in a collaborative manner Flexibility for a per diem work schedule California licensure required

Key Responsibilities:

Provide weekly direct speech-language therapy (approximately 60 minutes per week) Complete IEP (Individualized Education Program) preparation and attend relevant meetings Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and student progress Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other educational professionals Adjust and tailor intervention plans as student needs evolve during the school year Be available for additional assignments if more students are referred This is a fantastic hybrid position that allows you to combine your passion for helping students with the ease of a flexible schedule.
