Key Qualifications:
Active and current Speech-Language Pathology license for Texas (SLP - CCC required) Experience with school-age populations, particularly in a school or virtual setting Knowledgeable about virtual service delivery platforms and best practices for remote therapy Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to private school students in a virtual environment Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with other team members Remain adaptable to changing caseloads and student needs; details will be discussed further in the interview
