SLPA Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language services to students across 2-3 schools Develop and implement individualized therapeutic strategies in compliance with educational plans Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings Provide supervision and mentorship to a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Participate centrally while traveling between assigned schools as needed
