This contract opportunity near Hayes, VA, is designed for a talented, fully credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC certification. As the school does not have a supervisor available and supervision cannot be completed remotely in Virginia, we require an experienced SLP-CCC who can be onsite to support students directly. Desired Qualifications:

Current and valid SLP-CCC certification Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 students Knowledge of various speech and language disorders common in school-age children Ability to independently manage a caseload and deliver therapy without onsite supervisor oversight Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students, in accordance with IEP goals Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to the IEP process Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to foster student success Maintain compliant and detailed documentation of progress and services provided Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, offering insights and recommendations
