Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful role supporting students by delivering expert speech-language pathology services within a dynamic elementary school environment. This contract position spans from August 4, 2026, to May 27, 2027, and offers the rewarding opportunity to work with students from early education through fifth grade. In this engaging position, you'll typically serve one elementary campus, with a daily schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The caseload is intentionally structured to remain under 65 students, allowing you to focus on making a true impact with your expertise.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Current Speech-Language Pathologist credentials (SLP - CCC or
SLP - CFY
accepted) Recent experience in school-based SLP roles Bilingual proficiency in Spanish Strong understanding of the needs of early education through fifth-grade students Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset Primary responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments, diagnostics, and developing individualized treatment plans for a diverse student population Delivering therapy sessions that support students' communication and academic success Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations Participating in IEP meetings and contributing as a valued member of the educational team This opportunity features a flexible hybrid schedule, with three days onsite and two days working from home, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
