Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration Maintain accurate documentation and service records Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff Ensure compliance with all state and district guidelines

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license Eligibility to work in a school-based setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous school-based experience preferred Bilingual skills preferred
