As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders while partnering with educators, families, and support teams to help students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students receiving speech-language services. Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings based on student needs. Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Provide consultation, training, and resources to school staff on strategies that support communication skills in the classroom. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
