Key Qualifications:
ValidSLP - CCC
credential required Experience in school-based settings highly desirable Strong skills in conducting evaluations and participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings Previous supervisory experience or a keen interest in mentorship Ability to provide clear, constructive guidance and feedback to an SLPA Excellent communication and organizational skillsResponsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students Participate in ARD meetings, collaboratively supporting student needs and program goals Oversee and supervise the work of one SLPA, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards Provide direct student services onsite during scheduled days Complete indirect activities and supervision virtually, enabling flexibility for reporting and consultation Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in line with school and legal requirements Collaborate with educators, families, and other school staff for optimal student outcomes This role offers a unique blend of onsite engagement for direct services and the convenience of remote work for indirect supervision.
