Job Description

OT Park is a growing pediatric therapy clinic in Morgan Hill, California. We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who loves working with children and families. Our clinic provides a collaborative, play-based environment where therapists have access to a large sensory gym, therapy materials, technology, and support from an interdisciplinary pediatric team. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and related developmental needs Develop individualized, functional treatment plans and goals Provide engaging, child-centered and evidence-based therapy Complete evaluations, progress reports, treatment notes, and other required documentation Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers Collaborate with occupational therapists and other members of the clinical team Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical collaboration Maintain professional and ethical standards Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current or eligible California SLP license
ASHA CCC-SLP
preferred Pediatric experience preferred Experience with autism, developmental delays, language disorders, articulation, social communication, and/or AAC is a plus Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills New graduates/Clinical Fellows may be considered based on experience and fit

Pay:
$58.00 - $72.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
