Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A remote opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within a school setting. This contract position supports students through virtual therapy sessions, making use of advanced technological tools to facilitate effective communication and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language pathology services remotely to school-aged children. Utilize a virtual platform equipped with assessments and interactive learning materials to conduct therapy sessions. Collaborate with clinical and technical support teams to address student needs and optimize service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with professional and educational standards. Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet the individual goals of each student through virtual means.
Qualifications and Experience:
Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Kansas or eligibility for telepractice services within the state. Experience providing speech therapy services, preferably in a school-based environment. Proficiency with virtual platforms and technology, including video conferencing tools such as Zoom. Strong communication skills to engage students and families effectively in a virtual setting. Ability to manage scheduling and documentation independently in a remote work environment.
Location:
Fully remote role supporting students in Olathe, Kansas, enabling flexible work arrangements without onsite presence.
