• Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Colorado Schools

• We are currently hiring qualified and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver virtual services for school districts across Colorado.

This teletherapy role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy helping students strengthen their communication skills while working in a flexible remote environment.

Position Information:

• Hourly Rate:

• $50$56 per hour based on background and experience

• Schedule Options:

• Both full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Setting:

• Fully remote school-based teletherapy role

• Caseload:

• K-12 students with diverse speech and language needs

• Employment Classification:

• 1099 independent contractor

• Contract Timeline:

• 20262027 school year beginning August 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual speech and language therapy sessions that address each students individual goals
• Administer online screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech and language concerns
• Create customized therapy plans and track student growth and progress throughout the assignment
• Communicate and collaborate with families, teachers, and educational staff to support student development
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and intervention strategies in a virtual learning setting

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current

ASHA CCC-SLP

certification required

• Active Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain licensure before the start date
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred, with at least 2 years strongly encouraged
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency with teletherapy software, virtual documentation systems, and online communication platforms
