9672429-02863 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving preschool students near Central Falls, RI. Provide vital support to a caseload of 40 young learners in an engaging educational environment. Key Qualifications:
Current MA SLP license and DESE certification are required SLP-CCC credential preferred Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology strongly valued Familiarity with the healthcare aspects of SLP supports a holistic approach Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with children, families, and staff
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy to a preschool caseload, focusing on both individual and small group settings Assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEPs and foster academic growth Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions to maximize success Participate in school meetings, family conferences, and professional development sessions This contract position is available for an immediate start and will run through June 2027. The role is structured for 37.5 hours per week across five days, supporting work-life balance. Compensation ranges from $45 to $50 per hour based on your experience.
