Key Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP state license (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in a school-based setting highly desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff

Core Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop personalized treatment plans to address students' unique needs Participate in IEP meetings, communicate progress, and adjust interventions as necessary Document student performance, maintain accurate records, and comply with district guidelines Deliver therapy individually or in small groups within classroom or resource settings Serve as a resource for teachers and parents regarding speech and language development
