Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts SLP license and DESE credential (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services for a caseload of 40 preschool students Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized plans, monitor progress, and document results Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to support student development Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to overall school team
