This full-time position (37.5 hours per week, with part-time options considered) focuses on providing speech and language services to students aged 5-22, including those with severe and behavioral needs. Key Qualifications:

Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC required Experience in a school-based setting is highly valuable, especially with students with significant or behavioral challenges Confidence and willingness to participate in safety care training is essential Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to individualized education plans and behavioral needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a varied caseload Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals Maintain accurate student records and ongoing progress documentation Contribute to team meetings, IEPs, and multidisciplinary collaborations
