Qualifications and Experience:

Active Indiana (RI) licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Familiarity with both special education and general education caseloads Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary education teams Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify communication disorders among students in special education and mainstream classrooms
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students language development in the academic environment
