Immediately Job Description Boston Speech Therapy is excited to announce an opening for a Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor to join our dedicated team. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $80 to $90 per hour based on experience. As a supervisor, you will oversee Speech Language Pathology Assistant, ensuring high standards of care. In addition, you will perform evaluations for the SLPA caseload. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a supportive team environment focused on fostering effective communication skills in clients. Flexibility in scheduling allows for a balance between leadership duties and clinical evaluations, making it an ideal opportunity for a dedicated professional.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor SLPAs and staff, providing guidance and support.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for clients, assessing their speech and language abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with other professionals, families, and educators to optimize client care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in speech therapy.
