Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required Active relevant state licensure Experience or strong interest in serving school-aged children and young adults, especially those with behavioral or severe needs Willingness to complete safety care training Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a school setting Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students aged 5-22 in a school environment Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings as needed Consult and collaborate with teachers, aides, and other support staff to best serve student needs Lead or assist with group and individual therapy sessions, adapting interventions for behavioral complexities Maintain accurate records and progress reports Experience the difference of working among dedicated professionals invested in each student's success.
