Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress accepted Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads highly valued Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families to support students IEP goals and promote academic success Provide direct therapy to students in individual and/or small group settings Maintain accurate records and document student progress in compliance with school and state requirements Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide input as an SLP specialist Stay current with best practices and professional development relevant to school-aged populations Enjoy a compensation package that includes competitive weekly pay, medical and dental insurance options, and a company-matched 401(k) to help secure your financial future.
