Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to effectively manage a caseload and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide therapy services, both individual and group, to support student development Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to goal creation and progress monitoring Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while fostering professional growth.
