Whether you're an experienced clinician with your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or seeking your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), this position promises dynamic experiences and professional development.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Active SLP license in the state CCC-SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) School-based experience preferred, but new graduates welcome Collaborative approach and strong communication skills Commitment to culturally responsive practices and inclusive support
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans Deliver evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families on student progress Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Contribute to a positive school culture and advocate for student needs Enjoy the unique fulfillment that comes with supporting students as they find their voice and achieve their goals.
