ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional services within a welcoming school district in Anderson, South Carolina. Position Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize student outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply where applicable). South Carolina Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required). Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
