Key Qualifications:
Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Compassionate and student-centered approach to therapy
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders Work in partnership with teachers, administrators, and families to support student IEP goals Utilize best practices in therapy while adhering to all school and state guidelines Maintain detailed progress notes and complete required documentation in a timely manner Provide direct and consultative services to help students succeed academically and socially Candidates joining this school environment will find a rewarding setting where they can see the immediate impact of their work.
