  • 50/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Reliable hours available PRN opportunities within the largest network in South Carolina Potential full-time opportunities Supportive, interdisciplinary rehab team Position Summary As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) , you will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders .
You'll collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to provide individualized, high-quality therapy services. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning Conduct in-service training and staff education Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina (required) Must meet all federal/state requirements for SLP practice Must maintain continuing education and good standing with the State Board Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
