Job Summary Pediatric Therapist (OTR or SLP): Flexible 1099 Contractor Fort Mill | Tega Cay | Indian Land, SC Want to earn excellent additional income as a therapist without taking on another job? Best Life Pediatric Therapy is looking for experienced pediatric therapists who want to carry a small, meaningful caseload on their own terms . This is designed to fit around the job and life you already have: no minimum hours, no quotas, and no required caseload. You decide how much you want to work, set your own schedule directly with families, and accept or decline every client referral. You're also free to continue working for your current employer or other practices. The pay structure is built to reward your time and expertise. Individual one-hour sessions pay $75 each for your first two clients and $85 each beginning with client three . Intake evaluations pay $160 , while group facilitation pays $150-$170 per session . Community speaking engagements pay $95 plus a $75 bonus for each new client who signs up . We also take the administrative headaches off your plate. Best Life finds the families, provides scheduling support, handles billing and superbills, supplies a HIPAA-compliant EMR, and provides space for group sessions. You focus on clinical care rather than building a practice or chasing paperwork. Individual sessions take place in clients' homes, with groups offered in community settings. Weekday evenings and Saturday mornings often work especially well, making this an attractive option for therapists looking to add just a few well-paid hours each week. You'll need an active South Carolina license, individual NPI, professional liability insurance, and a commitment to excellent pediatric care. Interested?
