Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference by providing speech-language services to elementary students in a supportive school environment. This contract opportunity is available for a dedicated professional ready to work full-time, supporting approximately 45 students through individualized and group therapy sessions. The position is open immediately and extends through early June 2027, offering you stability and the chance to truly connect with the school community. This assignment welcomes both fully onsite professionals and those interested in a hybrid model, ensuring flexibility to fit your lifestyle. Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is a definite plus, though not required for consideration. Your expertise and passion will help students develop essential communication skills for academic success and beyond.

Qualifications:

Active and current SLP license and certification Experience working within elementary school settings preferred Familiarity with school-based caseloads and IEP processes Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 45 students Ability to provide high-quality therapy both in-person and, potentially, remotely AAC experience is advantageous, but not mandatory Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
