Magnolia Therapy Group is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) to join our team. Positions Available We are currently accepting applications for: Physical Therapist (PT) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Occupational Therapist (OT) Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Responsibilities Depending on your discipline and credentials, responsibilities may include: Perform patient evaluations and assessments within your scope of practice. Develop and/or implement individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled therapeutic interventions based on each patient's needs and goals. Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, coordination, activities of daily living, functional activities, and other therapeutic interventions as appropriate. Monitor patient progress and response to treatment. Communicate changes in patient condition and progress with the appropriate supervising therapist and healthcare team. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment, safety, exercises, functional activities, and home programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Promote patient safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life. Follow all applicable professional, ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards. QualificationsPhysical Therapists (PT) & Occupational Therapists (OT) Current, unrestricted PT or OT license in [State]. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) & Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) Current PTA or OTA license/certification in [State], as applicable. Graduate of an accredited PTA or OTA program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. All Applicants Current CPR certification, if required. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals. Previous experience in [home health / outpatient / skilled nursing / pediatrics / geriatrics] is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply. Why Magnolia Therapy Group?
