Qualifications and Desired Expertise:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina Previous experience working in a school setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and fluency in students Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students with diverse speech and language needs Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families regarding student progress and strategies for success Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and progress toward goals Provide guidance and support to teachers in integrating communication strategies within the classroom Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure evidence-based practice and compliance with school policies Enjoy the
