Qualifications & Experience:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Prior experience in a school setting or similar environment preferred Familiarity with assessment tools, IEP development, and progress monitoring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on educational strategies Deliver engaging therapy sessionsboth individual and groupto support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and outcomes Serve as a resource to teachers and families regarding communication strategies Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the school community Perks of the
