This full-time, on-site opportunity is designed for passionate professionals eager to support pediatric populations, making a difference within educational environments. The position is open to both experienced clinicians and recent graduates ready to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
What Were Looking For:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or actively pursuing CFY Strong pediatric experience or interest in working with school-aged children Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to collaborative teamwork and supporting student achievement
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each childs unique needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsincluding teachers, parents, and other therapiststo optimize student progress Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to staff consultations and trainings Foster a supportive, positive, and engaging learning environment for all students
