We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative team and provide specialized pediatric speech, language, and feeding therapy . Our practice has a particular focus on motor dysfunction and pediatric feeding disorders , while also treating a broad range of communication disorders. Why You'll Love Working With Us Complete flexibility — Create a schedule that works for you and your life Highly competitive pay that recognizes your clinical expertise and the value you bring to our patients Manageable caseloads designed to promote quality care and help prevent clinician burnout In-house mentoring and training in our specialty areas, including pediatric feeding and motor-based disorders Full-time hours available Contract position within a supportive, team-based clinical environment Opportunity to develop specialized clinical skills with guidance from experienced clinicians A collaborative, child-centered practice where quality of care comes first What You'll Do Provide individualized speech-language and feeding therapy to pediatric patients Complete comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and feeding needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Use a variety of therapeutic techniques to support communication, feeding, and functional skill development Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care Educate and support children, parents, and caregivers throughout the therapy process Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and child-centered clinical environment What We're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current South Carolina SLP license or eligibility for licensure Pediatric experience preferred Interest or experience in pediatric feeding, motor dysfunction, and/or medically based speech-language therapy is a plus Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to speech, language, and feeding disorders Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team Excellent organization, time management, and documentation skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to working with children and their families Grow Your Expertise Without Burning Out At Inspire Speech and Feeding, we believe clinicians shouldn't have to choose between professional growth and personal well-being .
