This full-time, contract-based role is perfect for an SLP who thrives in a collaborative school setting and is passionate about making a difference. Immediate onsite start is available, allowing you to engage directly with students and school staff from day one.

Key Qualifications:

Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential accepted Previous experience working in schools preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop individualized treatment plans for students ranging from mild to complex needs Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic school environments Commitment to fostering student growth and advocating for best outcomes

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement effective IEPs tailored to individual student needs Deliver direct therapy services for speech, language, and communication disorders onsite Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student support Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Offer consultative guidance to staff and families regarding communication strategies in the classroom Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team
