Your expertise will support young learners communication skills and help them reach their educational goals in a school-based setting. What we're looking for: Active state license (SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year) Experience in school environments preferred but not required Ability to provide services in-person or via teletherapy platforms Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for working with children and collaborating with educators and families Key responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments of students speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals, working closely with educational teams Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups, as outlined in students IEPs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster students academic and social growth Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and recommendations
