A Typical Week:

• We offer a 4 day work week option Monday

• Thursday:

  8:00 am
• 6:00 pm or a 5 day work week with half day Fridays. Part-time employees have the ability to create their own hours within our hours of operation
• One hour unpaid lunch break Monday-Thursday.
• Every day has scheduled paperwork for at least 60 minutes, with the exception of Fridays.
• Thursday Team Meetings.
• Half day casual Fridays!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide speech therapy services to patients with various conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and case management
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy related to speech and language disorders
• Strong assessment skills to evaluate patients' speech and language abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
