Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active South Carolina SLP license (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Prior experience in a school environment preferred, but strong CFYs and experienced clinicians both welcome Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities to identify needs and develop IEP goals Provide direct therapy individually and in groups, adapting sessions to each student's unique needs Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and developmental progress Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for assessments, progress, and services Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to planning, and advocate for students' support needs Utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques and materials to maximize student engagement
