Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Travel A dynamic opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve in a school setting located in Walhalla, SC. This travel position offers the chance to work within educational environments, supporting students' communication development and contributing to their academic success.
Qualifications:
Valid South Carolina Department of Education (DOE) license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) is a plus Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations Strong assessment and intervention skills for speech and language disorders
Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and compliance with district and state regulations Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support school-wide initiatives related to communication support Travel to multiple school locations as assigned within the region
