Ideal Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license or eligibility in the state Experience in pediatric and school settings preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with staff, students, and families Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Adaptability to diverse learning needs and flexible work environments

Key Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and monitor student progress Design and carry out intervention plans tailored to students needs and IEP goals Document all assessments, evaluations, and session outcomes per school and legal standards Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and staff meetings as required Foster a supportive, positive environment to encourage student growth and confidence
