Work closely with a caring and collaborative team, utilizing your SLP-CCC credential and experience to positively impact young learners.

Desired Qualifications:

Current and valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) licensure In-depth knowledge of pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology Experience providing 1:1 speech therapy with pediatric populations Prior exposure to school settings and familiarity with IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes and documentation Background in supervision, mentoring, or guiding other professionals or support staff Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language intervention services for students, addressing unique communication and developmental needs Complete thorough assessments and contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of students' IEPs Maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with school and district requirements Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive strategies that foster student growth Provide supervision and guidance for assistants, paraprofessionals, or less experienced clinicians as required Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing your expert input and advocating for effective student support This on-site, contract-based position offers a unique opportunity to expand your professional expertise while shaping meaningful outcomes for students.
